Whether your child dreams of a bouncing, splashing, laughing, or just celebrating big with their favorite friends, our birthday parties turn an ordinary day into an action-packed adventure. You bring the cake and smiles, we’ll bring the energy, the fun, and the unforgettable moments that make this birthday truly one-of-a-kind!

Bounce House Party
Jump into a birthday celebration that’s bursting with color, laughter, and non-stop motion! Our Bounce House Party gives your child and 10 their friends a full hour of high-flying fun inside our bright, colorful inflatable where every bounce, jump, and giggle turns into a memory-in-the-making. Party guests can jump, hop, and soar their way through an action-packed celebration before heading to your private party room to refuel with cake, gifts, and birthday cheers. It’s the perfect mix of big energy, big smiles, and a birthday they’ll never forget!
Pool Party
OUR MOST POPULAR PARTY! Our Pool Party gives your child and their friends a full hour to swim, play, and laugh together in the pool, turning every jump, race, and water game into a memory worth making. From cannonballs to friendly splashing, the fun flows nonstop before the party moves to your private party room for cake, gifts, and birthday cheers. It’s the perfect way to make waves and celebrate your child’s big day in the most refreshing way possible!
Gym/sports party
Step into a birthday celebration that’s all about movement, teamwork, and big-time fun! Our Gym Party lets your child and their friends run, play, and explore a variety of exciting sports like soccer, basketball, football, and more, all based on your preferences and availability. From friendly games to skill challenges and non-stop action, every moment is designed to keep the energy high and the smiles even bigger. After the final whistle blows, the fun continues in your private party room for cake, gifts, and birthday cheers — creating a celebration that’s active, unforgettable, and totally one-of-a-kind!

Drop into a birthday celebration that’s all about speed, style, and seriously cool fun! Our Skate Park Party at Chesley Skate Park gives skaters two full hours to take on the ramps, learn new skills, and show off their best tricks in a park that’s all theirs. Whether your child is just learning to roll or perfecting their next big move, this high-energy experience is packed with confidence-boosting moments and non-stop excitement. With open skate plus free skateboard and safety equipment rentals included, all you have to do is show up and let the good times roll. It’s a bold, unforgettable birthday that turns every ride into a memory worth celebrating!
*Skate Park Parties take place at 161 Jaycee Court, Mankato MN 56001.

• Parties are reserved for Saturday afternoon and Sunday Afternoon except for Holidays.
• Birthday Party dates and theme requests are reserved on a first come first served basis. To check availability, please go on the YMCA website and log into your YMCA account.
- Complete the online registration on the YMCA website at mankatoymca.org
- You will receive a confirmation email upon the completion of the online reservation. This is reservation!
- A private room; Room 103: a maximum of 6 tables with 30 chairs.
- Refrigerator/freezer space
- A staff member who will host and have equipment ready for your activity
- Allotted time amount reserved for rental space for party room and gym/shared pool space
- The bounce house party package is an additional $25
- The birthday party child’s immediate family and 10 guests. Adult chaperons may attend to assist and supervise at no extra cost. A “chaperone” is an adult who assists with supervising the participants but does not participate themselves.
- A “guest” is referred to as one who is participating in the party and an additional $5/person will be paid prior to entering the party. Please contact us with questions.
- You can bring food, drinks, cake, and decorations. Table cloths and balloons are NOT provided for parties. You are responsible for removing gifts and personal items before the scheduled party time is over. No pinatas, glitters, or confetti.
- You may enter the party room 30 minutes before your guest arrive to set up and decorate.
- You have 30 minutes after your party to clean up remove all decorations.
- Parties are as follows
- 12:30-1pm: Arrival/Decorate
- 1pm-3pm: Birthday Party
- 3pm-3:30pm: Clean Up/Departure
- All rooms used by the party are required to be cleaned out and left in the condition they were found in (decorations are to be taken down and removed). If the rooms used are not found in satisfactory condition, there will be a $20 cleaning fee charged to the renter.
- Parties at the Mankato Family YMCA will utilize the Taylor Family Aquatics Center. This has a zero-depth entry and a separated depth areas. Please see Pool rules and Guidelines below.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
- The Mankato Family YMCA does not provide towels.
- We recommend pool party participants wear swimsuits under clothing, bring a towel, and bag for belongings. We ask that you have swim time prior to eating. This helps eliminate accidents in the pool and unnecessary pool closures.
- Do not enter the pool if you suspect you have or have a communicable disease or an open cut or blisters, band aids are not allowed in the water.
- Shower using warm water before entering the pool and after use of the toilet facilities
- Children in diapers or newly potty trainer children under 3 must wear disposable swim diapers or reusable plastic pants
- No extended breath holding
- Only U.S. Coast guard approved lifejackets allowed. Users must remain within arm’s reach of an adult
- Goggles/Masks that cover the nose are prohibited on a person’s less than 18 years of age
- DO not run or engage in rough play
- Diving is prohibited
- Spitting, spouting water from mouth or blowing nose in the pool is prohibited
- Diaper changing in the pool area ia prohibited Please use the locker rooms
- Do not bring food, drink, or gum into the pool area.
- Glass and breakable items are prohibited in the pool area.
- Clothing may be worn over a swimsuit if it is clean ad family appropriate. We recommend lightweight tighter fitting clean clothing.
- Clothing must be rinsed off thoroughly in the shower before entering the pool
- Please see an Aquatic staff for details about water depth restrictions when wearing clothing in the water
- Street shoes are not allowed on the pool deck
- All cancellations are required to be made within a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance. Failure to cancel, prior to two (2) week in advance, will result in no refund of the party being the renter’s responsibility, regardless of the party taking place.
