Our State Licensed Preschool Program is designed with developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate a child’s intellectual, social, emotional and physical growth. The curriculum ensures children receive a learning experience while being engaged with the Y’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility and faith. Children develop skills for Kindergarten readiness and a passion for learning.

Teachers are hired with education and experience in the early childhood field. They provide a warm and caring environment in which children are encouraged to explore and grow, while feeling safe and secure.

The YMCA Preschool offers a distinctive Preschool/PreKindergarten learning experience in a fun, nurturing environment. Amenities such as the swimming pool, gyms, Kid’s Gym, The Busy Backyard: An outdoor play area/classroom, and state-of- the-art indoor classrooms provide additional enrichment experiences.
