We would like to take this opportunity to inform our members for the first time in 2 years, our membership rates will see an increase. It is a small change, but it will make a huge impact to cover operating, maintenance, and improvement expenses.

The new rates will be in effect September 1st and will reflect on scheduled payments to current members as of September 20th.
