As we recently announced, the Mankato Family YMCA is transitioning to a new system, DAXKO, as of March 16, 2022. This new technology partner provides member management, payment processing, and many more solutions allowing the Y more time to focus on our mission!
What will this new software mean for members?
- You can register for programs faster and easier
- You can update or change your billing information
- Schedule payments
- Pay your account balance
- View or print receipts
During this week, Y staff will be learning and training with the new DAXKO system, and inputting all programming and schedules into DAXKO. Please note that during this transition, there might be some hitches in regard to membership status and gate access. Our front desk staff will be available to help in these instances. We ask for your patience as we learn this new system and work through any issues. We are confident DAXKO will greatly enhance your member experience moving forward.
