We have had both of our sons participate in the STRIDE program, and they absolutely loved it!  The program gave them both confidences in their running capabilities and in developing new friendships.  They learned how to set goals and achieve them with hard work.  STRIDE also taught them sportsmanship by encouraging other STRIDERS to try their best.” – STRIDE Mom

“Mom, I really like STRIDE. It’s really helping me. I don’t think I’m bad at running any more, and it’s helping me have more muscles in my legs and it helps me feel better about myself too.” – STRIDE Participant
