Work With a Trainer at the Y

At the YMCA, we have qualified, nationally certified or degreed professionals to help you reach your goals. Our Personal Trainers will design an exercise program tailored to you, your schedule, and your budget – whether you are an athlete, a working-professional, new mom, and more – we will help you get RESULTS.

Individual and Buddy/Small Group Packages available in 1 hour full sessions and 30 minute mini sessions.

Private training in yoga, mat Pilates, and water fitness also available.

At-Home Personal Training 

Not ready to come inside? We’ve got you covered with at-home training programs!

These 8-week progressive training programs feature:

  • Minimal equipment – dumbbells only!
  • Active links to video demonstrations showing proper technique for each exercise
  • Access to a private Facebook group for accountability and support
  • Scientifically based program design

The Y-Fit Gym for Personal Training

During COVID-19, the Y-Fit Gym is a dedicated area for personal training clients to work one on one with a trainer. This space is function focused with versatile equipment including a multipurpose power rack, battle ropes, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls and kettlebells.
