My Y Account

Over the past few months the staff at the YMCA have been working behind the scenes to bring a new membership and program registration system to the organization. The new system that connects you to your My Y Account is now open.

What do I need to do?
All members will need to create a new online account using the email address on file in your membership account. If you are unsure what that email address is, this is the perfect time to call or stop by the Y and update your contact information so you can take full advantage of the enhanced online capabilities offered via My Y Account.

If you have registered for Y programs within the past two years, follow the member instructions above, using the email you used to register for programming.

Q. How do I login to the new My Y Account system?

A. Click here for some information or complete the following steps:

  1. Click the “My Y Account” button.
  2. Enter your email in the login box and click the Submit button.
  3. On the next screen click “Forgot your password?”
  4. Click “Email me a reset password link”
  5. A reset link will be emailed to you so you can update your password in the system.
  6. Click on the link in the reset password email and follow the prompts to reset your password.
  7. If you wish you change your password in the future after gaining access to your account, you can do so by clicking on the “Manage” button next to your profile photo and then selecting “Change Password”.

Q. I’m having trouble logging in, what should I do? 

A. If you are having trouble gaining access to your account please stop by the front desk or email for further assistance.

Q. How do I change or update my password?

A. Once you are logged in, click My Account and View Account. In the section with your contact information, there is a blue button that says Manage. Click this button and you will see an option to Change Password.

Q. How come my account no longer has a picture of me in the system?

A. During the transition to the new system, some pictures were not updated. During one of your next visits to the Y, make sure we get a new photo of you at the front desk to add to your account!

Q. What if some of my personal information is wrong?

A. If any of your personal information is wrong, please take a few moments to update your account. Click the “Manage” button to update your profile. It is important to have a correct email address and phone number listed in your profile.

Q. Where can I view my member barcode?

A. Once you are logged in, you can view your member barcode under the Membership section. It is found directly under where your type of membership is listed. You can also view the barcodes for any additional members on your account.
