Online Reservations

Online reservations are required for Childwatch. Online reservations will be made through Motion Vibe. To create a Member Portal, please click here. You will need your YMCA Member ID. You can find this by logging into your YMCA account or by calling the front desk.

To make your reservation, log in your Motion Vibe member portal. Reservations can only be made 5 days in advance.

*Please note: If you are bringing more than one child to Childwatch, you will need to email us at onlinereservations@mankatoymca.org once you make your reservation to let us know how many spots you require.

Updated Policies

Guidelines to control and that promote ongoing safety and precautionary measures.

These include:

  • Childwatch Reservations required – max capacity 10 per room
    • 2 staff and 8 children per room
    • Children must be 30 months (2 1/2 years) and older
  • Effective June 22, 2020: No diaper changes (parents will be called and asked to leave their activity if a change is needed during the Childwatch reservation time)
  • Games and Toys will be disinfected between every use and placed in a “clean” receptacle – toys will be rotated to allow for proper sanitization
  • Door stoppers will be used to reduce touch-points
  • Hand Sanitizer will be available in rooms and will be actively encouraged to be used, along with regular hand washing
  • Staff will routinely clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects
    • Objects that cannot be cleaned and sanitized will not be used.
  • Maintain a social distance among adults of 6 feet apart
  • Interaction will be limited between staff and children of different small groups and in common areas
  • Patrons will be allowed to use the room once per day for a max of 75 minutes
  • Tour visitors will not be allowed in the room at this time to limit nonessential visitors.
  • When feasible, staff and older children should wear cloth face coverings when around others. Childwatch greeter will be enclosed by shield barrier.
