This is a self-paced, comprehensive 10-week fitness program designed by degreed and certified fitness professionals to help you break through the intimidation of gym spaces to tap into your potential and get the results you’re looking for.
Based in weight training and supplemented by high intensity interval training (HIIT) and yoga, this program will break you out of your comfort zones.
You will receive a 10-week strength training program consisting of four weekly workouts to complete at the YMCA at any time that is convenient for you.
Additionally, challengers are encouraged to do one HIIT class and one yoga class each week from our on-demand video library.
At the end of 10 weeks, you will have completed 60 workouts and it’s going to show in your body and in your attitude!
You won’t be going it alone. Included in this program is access to a private Facebook group where YMCA fitness professionals will post video demonstrations of each workout. We will map it out for you, showing you exactly where to go, what to do and offering tips for technique and modifications – no guesswork involved.
To help track your progress and keep you motivated, Profile by Sanford will provide challengers with a Styku 3D Body Scan pre and post challenge.
