Our Wellness Center features more than 90 pieces of equipment, offering a variety of opportunities for cardiovascular workouts and strength conditioning.
Our Free-Weight Room provides a safe place for strength training with a variety of weights, benches and equipment.
Each week, the YMCA offers more than 125 classes that are of no charge to members. A wide variety of classes are offered, from Les Mill classes, to step aerobics, to Zumba! No registration is required for these classes.
