Adult Fitness


At the Y, everyone designs their own path to fitness. Fast-paced or first-step, high-impact or low, there are plenty of ways to get where you want to be.


Including:

Aerobic classes

Throughout each day, the Y offers group cardio classes on a drop-in basis. Enjoy a variety of aerobic workouts in the aerobic studio or swimming pools. These energetic and effective classes are free for members.


Yoga, Pilates and Cycling

Once alternative, these classes are becoming more and more mainstream at the Y. A caring and committed staff help members open new doors to health and fitness.


Life Center & Free Weight Room

Step into the active hum of the Y’s Life Center – a state-of-the-art fitness facility with a wide range of cardio and weight machines. Orientations for each machine are available to all members, as are wellness coaching sessions.

Both the Life Center and the adjacent weight room are free for all members to enjoy.

The Life Center is also where the Y’s personal training program takes place for a more individual approach to member’s fitness goals (a fee applies).
